Laura’s warm and welcoming style will invite you to balance, energize, strengthen, release, and cultivate peace and joy. Her passion rests in guiding & supporting others in the healing journey of returning home to the self. Her classes weave together physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation and she instructs with a style which blends intuitive flow with purposeful movement. With intention and mindful compassion, she creates a warm space to explore and connect as she invites students to be self-compassionate and curious, moving out of chaos and into Joy.
Laura has been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation since 2002. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. In addition to teaching studio classes, Laura offers private sessions for individuals and small groups. She also works with individuals as a Transformative Wellness Coach and a Mental Performance Coach for Athletes.
